I was wondering what are the chances of getting a mortgage on a council house....
The good bit:
Estimated market value £110,000
Estimated mortgage needed after discount £60,000
No deposit (could discount act as deposit??)
The bad bit:
Credit score is about 620
I went overdrawn unauthorised with Barclays about 5 years ago
Have 2 mobile bills with 2 missed payments but then settled
1 partially settled small loan
Currently have credit cards that I use but pay a few hundred off them again each month
Would be a single person mortgage
Income:
Salary £21,176
Tax credits £6500
Child support £3120
= £30,796
So what are my chances? :D
