85% mortgage persimon loan

Hi I have been living in my house 4 years and have had a letter about paying the 15% back . Would It be possible to add the 15% to my mortgage or do I have to move out in the years I'm not sure what is best to do I have 6 more years to sort it out but would like to start sorting it out
