So got my offer and all is hunky dorybut seller still hasn't instructed solicitor.Some *ahem* assertiveness on my part has got the EA to admit seller can't find anywhere to go. I'd alreadygot twitchy and booked viewing but current EA does not have anything suitable.
My question is this, what can I do about my mortgage offer if I used first EA agent to get it? Is it as simple as calling Halifax myself and changing property details?
I don't want to pullout but as I said to EA, both he and the seller knew from word go that I have to move by second week of June and they've now admitted this is very unlikely.
