Ok - the woes continue!
Our mortgage "promise" expires on Monday, five weeks ago our solicitor sent paperwork to the Woolwich via L&C to re-value the house hope to buy (reduced not increased value). Didn't hear anything until yesterday, other than "it's in a queue".
Yesterday, apparently the whole mortgage application needs to be re-submitted as the Woolwich have a new computer system.
Realistically, is there any hope...?
