Just reserved our plot today with Westleigh Homes, move in date is December 2013; was told they need the 5% deposit within 4 weeks which was a shock, we should however be okay for that.
Just wondering the estate agent who is sorting the mortgage is seeing is tomorrow for second time and wants P60, wage slips, ID, proof of address and bank statements, now she asked us last week about current credit cards and we both said we have about £1000 outstanding but that will be paid off mainly by December. We have an agreement in principal for the mortgage amount we need, so there shouldn't be more issues now should there with our current owed credit?
Just wary of them saying owe you owe this and that. It's just credit card and my season ticket which will be paid off in 3 months but she only asked about credit cards.
