Small remortgage.

Asking for a friend. His 2 year fixed rate is ending, so he is looking to remortgage. He owes approx £25k on a house worth £75k. Because of the low mortgage, a fee free mortgage is probably better than a smaller rate. He is going to see his lender (Nat West) next week, but does anyone have any recommendations?
