Mortgage hearing adjournment

Hello,

I wondered if any one could offer advice as to why First Plus have asked for an adjournment on the court case that is dealing with the reposession on my house on 22nd Jan with regards to a PPI claim that is outstanding. Basically I have not lived in the property for a year, the ex is refusing to sell and is asset stripping the house so after 10 months of not paying I am at the point where I am not defending the repossession. Would this be so that First Plus can apply for a charging order at a later date with new figures? I have never received a statement about the account and they have just sent different figures each time on how much is outstanding which varies with each letter and so I would like to obtain more accurate figures in case I need to defend this in a court order.

Any help on this would me much appreciated as now slightly confused seeing First Plus were the ones to commence the hearing before the first charge mortgage holder. Their solicitors are just saying it is due to the PPI claim and not giving me any more information.
