Do I pay off my mortgage sooner rather than later?

Hi

This may have been asked before so forgive me if it has.

My question is if I can pay off my mortgage in 2 years time is it best to pay off or keep the payments going until the term ends?

We currently owe £42000 and we have savings of just over 50% in an offset account but we also have shares that if we sold them now we would be able to have no mortgage, but with the current low interest rates is it better to borrow? We can't do anything until next year when the current 2 year deal ends and then we will have to decide what to do.
