Voluntary surrender and bankrupcy

I no there is a BR forum but this is about mortgage n see if anh advise avail

I'm voluntary surrender property need to move , negative equity , NRAM customer so no support , no other mortgage company will help as don't want my negative equity ( Understandable ) so I'm off to rent .. I have £15k negative .. NRAM. Aware and sent forms to voluntary repo but if I sign this deed of acknowledgement then go bankrupt in June am I still liable
