Mortgage with the Chelsea

Thinking of approaching them for a mortgage, any reviews ?

I've read they are part of YBS, so presuming they have the same processing centre, the reviews for YBS (which are not good) apply to them aswell ?

Any idea about turn around times ?

Is it best to go through a broker or approach them direct ?
