I was a very silly girl in the past which has resulted in me having a 'very poor' experian rating of 533, this excludes a score with a register on the electoral roll, which i have sent off and will hopefully see it shoot up a little?
I have satisfied all of my outstanding debts now (they were mainly annoying Orange ones!).
I have an income of £41k, am 24 years of age, this has doubled in the space of 2 years, and I work hard and ambitious.
Given all of this, income, bad credit rating etc, and my desire to purchase in 1 to 2 years time an approx £130k apartment in Warwick, what should i do to maximise my chances and what sort of savings requirements will I need?
