My current mortgage agreement states that if I move house, I can take the mortgage with me, but I was wondering what would happen if I needed to borrow more money for my next house purchase.
Would I effectively be limited to either borrowing more from my current lender, or paying the ERC; or would it theoretically be possible to borrow the extra amount from a different lender and end up having 2 mortgages on the same property?
