5yrs on and I still can't get off my ex-wife's mortgage

Hi, thank you as always in advance for any replies and help.

Divorced 5yrs ago, martial home mortgaged with NRAM. Divorce court order indemnified me against my covenants, obligations and any loss on the mortgage until such time my ex wife can have me removed.

Have requested change of parties, no joy NRAM won't let me off. Even having sight of the court order, nothing.

FOS have reviewed the case and full file and can't force NRAM to remove me, recent visit by field agent for NRAM to see me has compiled a report to recommend they remove me, again to no avail.

Ex-wife has been in constant arrears for 5yrs to some degree or another, legal action postponed in April 2011 after she was bailed out by her mother. Now again NRAM going for legal action.

Does anyone have any advice at all, or success stories where they have been released from their ex-wife's mortgage???!

Lastly, severely affecting my credit score if I attach a copy of my court order to my file will lenders look at this when carrying out a search and will it have any positive viewing???!
