Born again FTB

We are poised to list and sell our first home although our original deposit has been lost to house prices tumbling.

I think we will either make or lose 1 or 2K so we have been saving a new deposit to basically start again from square one.

I just wondered if we get better deals as existing customers. Or do FTBs get better deals? Or is there no difference!

Ive been doing quotes online and stating Im an FTB.
