Mortgage On A Fixed Term Working Contract

Good Morning,
My partner and I currently rent a house and next month we shall be moving into my parents to save some money for a mortgage.
My partner was looking to get the mortgage in her name only due to past poor credit history of mine.
Currently my partner earns 19k a year and is a full time job in retail pharmacy. Last week she attended an interview for in nhs pharmacy. They called her this week and offered her a position however not the one ahe applied for. They offered her a 12 month fix term contract on same sallary. The position has been fixed term for 12 months at a time for the past 4 year and they always get funding to renew each year. My partner was looking to get a mortgage for around £60000 with a £10000 from savings. This would have been fine with currently being on a permant contract in current position. However the job she has been offered ia her dream job. What are the chances of still getting a mortgage. Her parents maybe guarantors if we asked but we have not broached the subject yet.
Our plan was to move back into my parents for 6 month. I have said if any issue in getting a mortgage we would have saved our deposit still and we cpuld look to rent again until contract on job up and renewed or is made permant in her new post. I and all the family think she should follow her
dreams so would be silly not to. However she is worried about the mortgage situation.
Any advice would be appreciated
