I received a letter from NRAM at the weekend informing me that a Mortgage statement, requested by me, was sent to another NRAM customer by error. An unacceptable breach of the DPA.
In the letter they have said that they will give me £250 if I agree not to take the matter further and there will be no further action taken on my part. Almost like they are paying me to keep quiet.
In NRAMs case, it is all about the money for me, I intend to get more out of them than £250.
What are my chances of getting more, any advice will be gratefully received on how best to proceed.
