Mortgage with settled CCJ's - Any advice?

Hi,

I am new here but hope someone could possibly offer any experience.

Husband and I are looking to move house. Details as follows:

Current Property value 165k
O/s Mort 125k
New Property value 220k
Deposit 40k
Joint Income £63500 (both employed)
Current Credit Card debt £10k (being paid down £1k pm)
Unsecured Loan £4350 (3 yrs to run)

Now, on paper that looks ok, but I have 2 settled CCJ's, both for under £250 and both issued over 2 years ago. No other defaults or missed payments or anything and I am so annoyed about these CCJ's, but hey-ho, I guess that is a life-lesson learned.

My question to anyone out there that knows is - Do you think it is possible for us to get a mortgage for the new property? Either from a HS bank or and adverse lender?

Any advice is most-gratefully received.
