I am not sure whether I am posting on the right forum. I am a first time buyer and on a final stage to get things done. i already got the mortgage and solicitors are doing their work.
On the property search, it was found out that the property is located within the historical boundary of a tithe district within a parish which continues to have a potential chancel repair liability.
Has anyone purchased chancel repair liability property recently. Does that mean only my property is under liability or all the neighboring property are also under liability.
Is it safe to but this property?
