We have exchanged contracts and our completion date is set for 15th feb. we have our mortgage with halifax and have asked for our first payment to come out at the start of the month and I already know it will be more then normal at £1750 instead of £1200. I just don't know when they will take it, on the 16th or 1st march? Or even later?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
