Wrong address...

Reported from house buying as no responses there...


Just had a call from my solicitor, the builders gave me the wrong address on all my reservation forms, my door is No 10, not 12.

So now my mortgage offer, valuation & all paper work got wrong address on it.

Solicitor didn't seem too concerned as the plot is correct, but how long do you think this will delay the exchange.

Solicitor wants to exchange this coming Thursday. But talked to my MA and he said the lender will need to reissue offer... Will this be straight forward?
She said it could take 2-3 days to reissue.

I don't want to sign / exchange till I have offer on the right address!

Or am I making this more of an issue than it is?
