I need help/advice
I'm currently looking at a house on a part buy part rent scheme
The share I need to purchase is £114'000(60%)house valued at £190'000
I have access to £40'000,but still have various debts of £6000 if these were paid and I had say £30'000 to lay down(clearing debts and inc moving fees etc)is it likey that I will get a mortgage,maybe not the best rate but at least a reasonable one over a term of 35yrs(ive just turned 26)
Annual income £23'000
Would they also take into consideration that I have listed someone who will be renting a room with homebuy who earns a similar wage
Any advice/help/past experiences would be greatly appreciated
