Business address registered at home I'm selling

Hi all,

I have a business address registered at the home I'm selling. Haven't informed my current mortgage company. I plan to transfer the address to the new house we're buying. Will this in anyway cause any problems? Is there anyway this may affect us completing our mortgage offer (new mortgage) for our new house? Will this cause any problems for the buyer of my current property? Are searches conducted by the mortgage companies to find out if there are businesses registered at the address?
