Just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue but last couple of times I have rung up the Woolwich automated line out of hours it wont give me my balance, it just tells me its unable to help with my enquiry.....
Wondering if its because we have overpaid that its not allowing me to check it anymore? :p
I don't really want to talk to them about the mortgage as they might try and talk me out of overpaying! :rotfl:
